HR Executive (L&D & HR Operations) - 12 months contract

In view of Southeast Asia’s growth, we are now looking for a HR Executiveto join the expansion team. ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities
Learning & Development
Learning Management System

  • Creating, scheduling and managing programs in the Disney Learning Management System
  • Initiating feedback for programs, publishing content and generating reports via Disney Learning Management System

Program Management

  • Creating program snapshots to elicit nominations for programs
  • Identifying and booking venues for programs as per the requirement of the programs
  • Liaise with the Commercial Team and the Legal team to ensure all necessary approvals are in place before program execution
  • Arrange for all program related requirements
  • Ensure Purchase orders are created in advance for all program related requirements and vendors
  • Review and process invoices from vendors. Ensure invoices are paid out within agreed timelines

Database Management

  • Maintain a database of employees who have attended the program
  • Maintain a database of costs incurred on each activity/ program

Compliance Training

  • Schedule and program manage the annual compliance training for all employees and contractors at Disney SEA
  • Ensure that all employees and contractors at Disney SEA attend compliance training by maintaining accurate attendance records and informing relevant stakeholders in case of employee/contractor non-attendance
  • Upon program completion, record attendance in Disney Learning Management System


HR Operations
Employee Engagement

  • Create and send announcements for all internal communications and engagement activities
  • Manage logistics of all engagement activities
  • Provide feedback to the core team on what is working and what is not working
  • Maintaining a database of activities conducted
  • Maintain a database of costs incurred on each activity/ event
  • Manage vendors for engagements activities and ensure that invoices are paid out within agree timelines

Casual Buyer

  • Submit vendor creation, emergency payment requests and invoices for processing

Team Support

  • Support the HR Director in calendar management, travel arrangements and T&E.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required
  • Strong analytical skills and experience in program management
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Results driven individual who is passionate about L&D & HR Operations
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills are essential
