Website Content Producer (German Speaking)

We are looking for an experienced candidate to fill the permanent position of Website Producer for The Disney Store, based in Hammersmith London.
The successful candidate will support the Senior Website Producer in collaboration with key stakeholders (Marketing, Merchandising and Brand & Image) to work to maximise and develop the Online Store. This will involve supporting the execution of daily, weekly and periodic launches of product and content, focussing on conversion and development to deliver an exceptional Ecommerce experience befitting of the Disney Brand. Responsibilities

• Development, implementation and execution of day to day production schedules, including product loads, assortment launches, product pricing and marketing launches
• Collaborate with Merchandising team, Brand & Image and Marketing to maximise the Guest experience and sales
• Act as primary interface with Guest Services for site issues
• Manage execution of all promotions
• Optimise search results through the sites search engine
• Create business rules to enhance up-sell / cross-sell opportunities
• Ensure all site content and product information is accurate and adheres to SEO guidelines
• Build and manage relationships with other areas of the business to ensure efficient production flow

Basic Qualifications

• Degree in an e-commerce/business related subject
• English and market specific language fluency in German both spoken and written is essential
• Previous experience within an e-commerce Retail environment
• Understanding of ecommerce trading and best practice
• An understanding of user experience, web usability and web analytics
• Experience of Omniture or similar would be an advantage
• Content Management experience using either Demandware highly desirable, or IBM Websphere

• Strong analytical skills
• Experience of Demandware and / or IBM Websphere ecommerce platform
• Excellent planning, organisational and time management skills with an ability to achieve multiple deadlines
• Excellent attention to detail
• Microsoft Excel skills is essential
• Articulate and effective communicator
• Adaptable and flexible in a changing environment
• Ability to cultivate productive working relationships
• Commercial focus
