Manager, Business Planning and Operation

LOCATIONS:

We are seeking a Manager, Business Planning and Operation to support the Hong Kong / Taiwan leadership team on business planning and operation projects, across all our business segments to achieve growth targets and identify new business opportunities in Hong Kong and Taiwan.
Responsibilities

1. Business planning and implementation of strategies
- Lead and coordinate 5-year strategic planning, drive preparation of presentation materials
- Evaluate business status through business and financial analysis
- Perform analyses and work with the executive team to formulate strategies
- Develop metrics to track execution and performance
- Provide ongoing analytical support

2. Identification & Evaluation of new business opportunities
- Identify new business opportunities to drive growth
- Independently and/or manage third party consultancy/agency to conduct research and analysis to evaluate the opportunities
- Perform business/financial analyses and build business plans

3. Preparation of project updates and management presentations

4. Ad hoc business planning and business operation analyses

Basic QualificationsExperience:
- 5-8 years of experience in analytical positions at investment banks, management consulting firms, or multinational corporations, with exposure to financial planning, strategy formation, business development, and investment evaluation in China
- Consumer / Gaming Industry background preferred
- Strong experience with financial modeling
- Experience in creating PowerPoint presentations for senior management
- Project management skills and ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast paced environment

- Fluent in both English and Mandarin is a must

Required Education Graduate of a top local or oversea university, preferably with a major in Business, Finance, or Economics. MBA or professional services background (consulting, investment firm etc) is a plus. Preferred Education
