Regional Marketing Manager, Disney English
LOCATIONS:
Driving the Marketing gross new enrollments for the Region:
- Develop the regional lead generation plan monthly
- Managing offline marketing and promoter team to generate qualified offline leads
- Work closely with existing vendors to keep improving the leads quality
- Evaluate and optimize the lead generation channels and improve ROI
- Working with Center to monitor and manage the leads convert rate
- Budget planning and controlling
Plan & Implement the National Promotion
- Identify center based out of home media plan
- Ensure centers 100% execute the national promotion
- Work with National marketing team for yearly marketing campaigns on regional level
Driving Center Marketing Activity
- Work with District manager and center manager to implement the center based activity
- Always find the marketing synergy opportunity with center managers
- Leading the marketing referral events in center to help the referral and renew enrollments
- Managing the My Center Marketing budget
Basic Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years marketing experience with at least 1 year on performance marketing management
- Experience in Education/Training industry
- Familiar with leads generation and a result driven person
