  • Create, plan and successfully implement marketing strategies to drive results for the growth of the Disney Store business in China. Key focus and targets to deliver include product awareness, traffic generation and customer’s loyalty.

Drive CRM initiatives to deepen consumer involvement and eventually drives business growth.
ResponsibilitiesThe Disney Store

  • Drive 52-week marketing calendar for brick & mortar store and e-commerce site to build The Disney Store (TDS) as THE shopping destination.
  • Build product awareness and affinity.
  • Lead new marketing initiatives to drive traffic and build affinity.
  • Align and implement marketing activities with communication team, operation team and Japan merchandising & marketing team.
  • Drive co-op initiatives with brands with large database and brands at LJZ trading area to drive traffic
  • Drive and maintain social media account.
  • Drive synergy initiatives with Disney cross line of business.
  • Drive CRM initiatives to build TDS repeated purchase and affinity.


  • Drive CRM initiatives to build brand affinity and cross/up selling.
  • Develop 52-week CRM calendar to drive new guests and engage existing guests.
  • To enhance the current databank of Disney consumers and build a long-term relationship with them proactively that helps drive business growth.
  • Maximizing revenue from Disney Best Guests and Regular Guests.
  • Work with cross Line of business for synergy initiatives.
  • Consumer marketing strategy, direction and action plans.
  • marketing budget management and tracking.

Basic Qualifications

  • Successful track record in consumer marketing for over 8 years
  • Familiar in using research, data and consumer insights to define marketing strategy
  • Both strategic and execution-focused
  • Creative and out-of-the-box thinker
  • Make it happen and problem solving; Results-driven
  • Proactive and Self-motivated
  • Strong communication skills with cross-functional teams and matrix of stakeholders
  • Team player while also can work Independently
  • Bilingual in Chinese and English
