As a result, the BAMTECH Media team helped pioneer live event streaming over the Internet in 2002 for Major League Baseball. The passion to improve that experience led to many impressive firsts: the first 720p or “HD Ready” stream, the consecutive record for concurrent streams and the first stream in 8K ultra HD. Today, BAMTECH has a proven, scalable platform that powers direct-to-consumer applications for leading entertainment brands; and is now a major player in sports and eSports rights acquisition. Responsibilities

• Take ownership over existing ServiceNow applications, iterate as necessary to align with evolving business needs
• Lead the development of new applications and modules drawing upon experience to make design recommendations for Application UI and Workflows.
• Collaborate effectively with ServiceNow administrators to develop solutions and handle general updates and configuration changes/requests.
• Build workflows and write automated scripts.
• Build and deploy required enhancements to the ServiceNow Platform.
• Identify system deficiencies and recommend solutions.
• Maintenance and continuous improvement of the processes, standards, policies, working methods, and tools.
• Maintain update set consistency across development, stage, testing, sandbox, and production environments.
• Participate in ongoing production support and end user support.
• Effectively integrate with 3rd party applications through API (Jira, Slack)

Basic Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience building software with JavaScript, Relational Databases
• Extensive ServiceNow development experience
• ServiceNow workflow expertise
• Extensive experience with all ServiceNow applications including Asset Management, Service Catalog, Change Management, Request Management, Incident and Release Management, Web Services
• Self-learner, independent, and have outstanding problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Required Education

• BS or MS degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience
