Host Guest Services

LOCATIONS:
  • Check daily break sheets for any shifts that need to be filled.
  • Check voicemail for messages. Log all call sicks and call personals and fill their shifts as necessary.
  • Box office and guest service timecards and ops sheets must be initialed by a management team member.
  • Send box office cast members on breaks and lunch (if necessary)
  • Check the guest services tray for anything that needs to be filed, typed, or photocopied. Check for notification of schedule changes.
  • Answer phone calls. Take messages as necessary.
  • Type up ops sheets for the following day.
  • Check will call in Titan a few times throughout the shift, print the tickets and bring them to the box office.
  • Check the black box in the breakroom for ADO’s, shift changes, and availabilities.
  • For sold-out shows, print out the seating book by show report.
  • Assist with getting change for the box office.
  • Assist box office if there are a lot of guests in line.
  • Process mid-shift and end-of-shift drops and banks for box office.
  • On Wednesdays, check in the paychecks. Date-stamp the checks, alphabetize them, and then give to a management team member to put in the cash room.
  • Night shift- collect all ops sheets for the day and fill out the labor hours sheet.
  • Night shift- make copies of the break sheets for the following day. Put break sheets and ops sheets on the appropriate clipboard.
  • Night shift- make seating charts for the usher leads and box office for the following day.
  • Night shift- make sure work area is neat and clean before going home.
  • Sweep and vacuum office as necessary.
  • Print out will call for the next day. Check in the cash room for will call for the next day. Put will call tickets in envelopes and write the date and showtime on the front of the envelope.
  • Sell bus passes on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays from 1-3p.m.
  • Print out sellable report for the next day. Call guests to get the drink order for kids packs/meals. Please relay kids meal information to the concession lead.
  • Additional assignments and projects will be given to guest services from a management team member as they come up.
