Coordinator - Backlot Services

ABC Studios Set Rentals promotes set recycling and reuse between film and television productions. The set inventory coordinator will be responsible for inventorying and managing all sets and scenery for ABC Studios in a warehouse environment. In addition, the set inventory coordinator will be expected to work closely with productions and vendors to schedule daily transportation requests and maintain accurate inventory information.
Responsibilities

• Inventories sets and scenery for television and film productions
• Updates the set inventory database
• Performs routine warehouse inventory checks
• Coordinates and organizes set storage for ABC Studios productions
• Researches set requests for productions
• Provides production art departments with set drawings and pictures
• Archives and manages set information
• Updates ABC Studios Set Rentals Gallery
• Schedules transportation requests
• Uploads inventory and transportation information
• Coordinates invoices and billing information
• Assists productions with warehouse resources
• Answers phone calls and email requests
• Schedules transportation requests

Basic Qualifications

• Candidate should have a minimum of two years administrative experience in a related field or industry
• Candidate must be able to lift up to 35lbs
• Strong computer skills, including MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Proven organizational and prioritization skills
• Strong interpersonal/verbal/phone and written skills
• Excellent analytical skills
• Must possess enthusiasm, flexibility, and be willing to assume a variety of tasks relating to warehouse management

Preferred Qualifications

• Warehouse operations and inventory experience
• Entertainment industry experience
• Filemaker Pro
• Salesforce experience
• SAP experience
• Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

Required Education

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
