The starting pay rate for this position is $11.80 per hour plus the ability to earn performance incentives. ResponsibilitiesThis is an hourly role located at the Disney Reservation Center in in North Tampa, Florida near I-75 and Fletcher Avenue
We are seeking high-caliber sales professionals with the ability to drive quality sales volume in line with the WDP&R business objectives These include meeting or exceeding established booking conversion rates, average handling time guidelines, and other performance metrics associated with the position. Job duties include answering incoming calls and completing travel arrangements for clients in a timely and accurate manner. This is a high volume inbound call center environment.. Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years travel industry sales experience
- Demonstrated knowledge of Walt Disney World products and services
- Proven service and consultative sales skills
- Strong computer proficiency, including typing skills and the ability to navigate through multiple computer applications
- Strong verbal, interpersonal and listening skills
- Proven ability to develop effective relationships and partnerships
- Ability to be flexible with work schedule, to support a 7 day a week operation, including evenings, weekends and holidays from 6:45am to 11:15pm
Preferred Qualifications
- 3+ years corporate travel, travel industry or business to business experience
- Proven strong sales and closing skills and the ability to overcome objections
- Proven bilingual skills (Spanish, Portuguese, French)
- Proven ability to be comfortable with asking open ended questions and explaining product options
- Proven ability to work in a high volume structured environment
