Senior Financial Analyst, Project Ops Finance

As we continue to grow and create this magical destination, we are looking for a variety of world-class professionals to help our plans take shape. ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking candidates with accomplished professional experience, curiosity and desire to learn and grow, demonstrated analytical skills and outstanding academic records to fill the position of Sr. Financial Analyst (Project Ops Finance). This role will be a key contributor to support the consolidation, evaluation of project related capital cost and forecast, as well as the comparison and review of the internal/external reports which include project capital cost, to ensure the data consistency and accuracy.

  • Evaluate, analyze and compare all internal/ external reports that contain the key project data elements and ensure the key project data elements feeding these reports are accurate and consistent
  • Document process and report flows throughout the process in accordance with SOX requirement. Reinforce the effective communication between project and different departments regarding to the key project data elements.
  • Support and consolidate Monthly Forecast, Annual Operations Plan, Long Term Plan and Cash flow to ensure high quality on number accuracy and narratives
  • Ad hoc analysis work and support for other business requirement

Basic Qualifications

  • MBA or other Master’s degree in related field and 2-4 years of MNC experience, or Bachelor’s degree and 3-6 years relevant MNC experience in project finance, operations finance, financial planning, business planning or development, financial and/or management reporting, accounting, and/or corporate finance
  • Advanced proficiency in quantitative analysis, problem solving, and financial modeling
  • Demonstrated organizational skills with attention to detail
  • Ability to extract and explain the “story” from the data
  • Self-motivated and can deal with ambiguity
  • Ability to work in a project team-oriented environment in a complex and diverse business unit of a multi-national company
  • Strong sense of responsibility and the ability to meet deadlines, handle multiple priorities and perform job responsibilities accurately with minimal supervision
  • With curiosity, eager to learn
  • Strong computer skills (e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), with knowledge of financial systems (e.g. SAP) and software with the ability to quickly learn and apply new skills and techniques
  • Fluent in spoken and written Chinese and English

Preferred Qualifications

  • Expert with SAP or other Financial/ERP system
  • Enthusiasm for Disney, the entertainment and travel industries
