Membership Manager, Club 33

LOCATIONS:

Shanghai Disney Resort, the first Disney resort in mainland China, is a place where friends and families can escape together to a whole new world of fantasy, imagination, creativity, and adventure. The resort is home to the Shanghai Disneyland theme park, two themed hotels – Shanghai Disneyland Hotel and Toy Story Hotel, Disneytown, a large shopping, dining and entertainment venue, a Broadway-style theatre, Wishing Star Park and other outdoor recreation areas. Shanghai Disneyland is a Magic Kingdom-style theme park featuring classic Disney storytelling and characters but with authentic cultural touches and themes tailored specifically for the people of China. As we continue to grow and create this magical destination, we are looking for a variety of world-class professionals to help our plans take shape.
Responsibilities

  • To assist in developing and executing the business plan for Club 33 membership program to achieve Club33 sales goals and implement high levels of quality and service
  • To be open and flexible to work closely with Club 33 ops team to execute the work plan and to drive sales
  • To design product offerings are relevant to the market and based on Disney core values. Collect knowledge of the corporate events market from consumer insights and market research
  • To perform business development to potential institutional partners, e.g. HNWI associations, financial institutions, elite groups etc.
  • To obtain understanding and establish solid work relationship with Food & Beverage
  • To work with members of the Club 33 sales team and other SHDR teams to align with the overall business goals with proven efficiency and productivity
  • To assist Club 33 sales Manager in necessary daily operations
  • To handle highly sensitive and top-level VIP guests


Basic Qualifications

  • 8 years working experience in hospitality industry or relevant business
  • University degree preferred
  • Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory
  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Opera & Delphi preferable)
  • Experience and cooperation with a sizeable team in a matrix organization
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with internal teams and external clients
  • Proven ability to translate strategies to action in a tight time
  • Self-motivated to complete assignments and achieve sales goals
  • Culturally sensitive
  • Detailed oriented
  • Proficient knowledge of corporate market in core regional markets of China
