This position is under Marketing Department and will be responsible to and lead the important seasonal/thematic campaigns in Shanghai Disney Resort and related communication planning and execution, with direct report to Senior Manager, Marketing Communication. The responsibility will cover from campaign planning and briefing, coordination with internal LOBs to drive campaign synergy and marketing communication plan/activation development and execution.
Responsibilities1.Support line manager to partner with Marketing Strategy team to develop yearly integrated plan and drive cross-disciplines cooperation toward the achievement of overall marketing objective.
2.Lead and execute the assigned activation campaign, from planning to execution, with cross LOBs and agencies project teams.
3.Develop and implement Shanghai Disney Resort event strategy to best support the business objective and activation plan.
4.Establish, manage, and maintain relationship with key agency partners.
5.Oversee, adjust, and optimize programs for continuous improvement. Basic Qualifications1.Three to six years of marketing / brand management experience. Have solid experiences in leading large scale marketing programs, integrated communication, digital marketing, media plans, and word of mouth marketing.
2.A deep understanding of Chinese consumer, knowing how to apply consumers’ insight to effective marketing models.
3.Strong judgment for evaluating creative executions.

6.Superior communication and presentation skills.

9.Bachelor’s degree; major in marketing, business, communications or equivalent are preferred.
10.Fluent in Mandarin and English, both in verbal communication and writing. Preferred QualificationsRequires extensive experience and skill for integrated marketing campaign and communication project management. The candidate needs to be familiar with the ever changing digital & media environment, knowing how to capture consumers’ insights and then apply into the overall integration campaign planning and execution.
The manager will also need to have good business sense, capable of leading the development of events and projects, and coordinating with different Lines of Business and agencies to deliver high quality work.
