Maintenance Planning Specialist, Entertainment

Assists Entertainment Department with Maximo System operation, backstage support of parades and show and special events. Track and trace work order of repair and maintenance. Responsibilities

• Create, manage and maintain work orders in the Maximo database which is used for tracking stock, maintenance and inspection records
• Manage and maintain reflects changes in ENT Shows
• Project and plan equipment maintenance to support 5 year plans, daily arrange inspections and minimizing down-time through planned work
• Daily operation of the Show Services area, management of an effective preventative maintenance system.
• Mentor and train the technical team in the correct usage of the Maximo maintenance tracking system
• Oversee the accurate usage of the maintenance system by reporting team members
• Maintain and manage design & technical documentations on database
• Other work assigned by managers

Basic Qualifications

• Detailed knowledge of maintenance job description writing
• Experience with implementing database tracking and training among other team members
• Ability to mentor frontline cast members
• Demonstrated ability to use Windows computers and MS Office applications
• Fluent in Mandarin
• Fluent in English
