Senior Project Analyst


The Senior IT Operations Analyst’s primary duty is to ensure that the responsible systems to perform as expected, and to seek out deficiencies, failures, and inefficiencies within the business system, and develop new best practices to create solutions to improve the systems productivity and operation efficiency. Responsibilities
oActively follow up the tasks being assigned as participating in the responsible project; which includes data analysis, solution matching, document creation/updates according to the different requirements of the project
oIndependently perform the onsite operations support duties according to the operation requirements
oPerform system data analysis independently and drive accurate communication for findings and updates with the upper level in time
oIdentify and analyze the multiple dimensions of the problem, and provides best recommendation on needful business changes
oAccurately process/update the related work orders according to the support service requirements. Determine the priorities of the problem solving and tasks being assigned
oProvide a high level of customer satisfaction IT service and technical expertise. Be able to deliver timely and quality system support services according to the service level agreements
oActively follow up the team’s unassigned work tasks and assist the team to drive the issues for quality resolutions
oStay open to learn new technologies and follow the technical trend. Be able to leverage the continues learning to build solutions that can improve the operation efficiency or customer experience
oBe able to share the learning and knowledge with other team members in written or instantly during daily basis to support the team growing towards to continued success
Basic Qualifications
oHas basic support skills for bar code printers, POS terminals, handheld terminals, and PC peripheral devices
oBe proficient in the installation package design and push for client based software as well as Windows Operating System
oHas basic support skills for software packaging methods, and be willing to learn and improve
oStrong analytical and problem solving skills, be able to develop innovative alternatives for complex problems and work under pressure
oHave experience to work in a multinational company environment or work a project requires joint effort from multi-function groups
oHave the ability to work effectively in a fast paced working environment as part of an efficient team
oUnderstand basic programming languages, such as Java or.Net. and be able to perform simple programming tasks
oHave experience and skills in writing PowerShell scripts and GPO policy
oStrong business and cultural sensitivity
oTo think independently and be able to solve challenging problems
oTo maintain innovative thinking and drive creative solutions among team cooperation
oTo have strong curiosity about technology and a willingness to learn
oBe passionate about the entertainment industry and the tourism industry
oBe proficient in both Chinese and English reading and writing Preferred Qualifications
oHas POS, ticketing terminals’ hardware and related OS level support experience
oHas hands-on experience in assembling spare parts for business application client based terminals
oWell understanding on ITIL process and project management methods
