Secretary, Communication
LOCATIONS:
Support the secretarial work for both Director, Internal Communications and Executive Director, External Communications. Coordinate and arrange various meetings within PA and with other LOBs as needed. Provide support to both teams’ and occasionally PA team’s projects based on actual needs.
Responsibilities
- To help coordinate, keep track and manage meeting schedules
- To plan and organize traveling arrangements
- To prepare and submit travel and local expense reports
- To set up and maintain an effective filing system
- Support vendor management and storage management
- Serve as key contact point with finance team to manage PRF/PO/GR
- To provide other administrative and secretarial support
- To back up other assistants in PA team if needed
Basic Qualifications

Preferred Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience
- Ability to multi-task
- Must detail oriented
- Good planning & organization skills
- Strong communication skill in both English and Chinese.
- Mature, credible and strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to liaise and communicate effectively with other teams and cast members
- Ability to work under pressure and in emergency situations
