Shanghai Disney Resort, the first Disney resort in mainland China, is a place where friends and families can escape together to a whole new world of fantasy, imagination, creativity, and adventure. The resort is home to the Shanghai Disneyland theme park, two themed hotels – Shanghai Disneyland Hotel and Toy Story Hotel, Disneytown, a large shopping, dining and entertainment venue, a Broadway-style theatre, Wishing Star Park and other outdoor recreation areas. Shanghai Disneyland is a Magic Kingdom-style theme park featuring classic Disney storytelling and characters but with authentic cultural touches and themes tailored specifically for the people of China. Shanghai Disney Resort is looking for an exceptional Manager, Content.
You’ll play a vital role in the development of world-class creative/marketing initiatives for Shanghai Disney Resort.
You’re a proven big picture strategic thinker. You know the power of true consumer insights and how to turn those insights into actionable strategies/creative briefs.
You’re a top-tier advertising/marketing professional. You’ve held senior account management positions at major agencies with big brand experience and have played a leading role in the successful development of major integrated campaigns.
You have strong leadership skills, setting a high standard and providing inspiring strategic leadership and mentoring to a group of marketing professionals.
You excel at managing budgets from scoping to forecasting and budget reconciliation.
You thrive in a fast-paced, high volume workplace – yet are always pushing for and achieving excellence.
You’re a strong presenter and are very comfortable interacting/presenting to executives. You know how to take constructive feedback and also possess excellent written skills.
You possess excellent project management skills – initiating and managing multiple projects, teams (internal and external.)
You’re well versed in working with creative partners (both internal and external.)

This position reports to the Director, Creative Services.
Work closely with Executive Leadership (Creative and Strategic) to identify insights and help develop strategic direction for major marketing initiatives.
Partner frequently with Director, Creative Services to manage workflow, assignments and oversee initiatives created by internal/external resources.
Lead/mentor and grow internal Content Management team.
Manage creative/production budgets for internal and external agency teams.
Serve as the primary day-to-day contact with external agency partners.
Grow and maintain great working relationships with multiple disciplines within the Shanghai Disney Resort team including marketing colleagues, sales, public affairs, entertainment, food & beverage and operations.
Collaborate with internal marketing partners and external agencies to craft insightful/actionable/compelling creative briefs.
Basic Qualifications•八年以上顶级创意机构资深客户管理岗位的相关经验。
8+ years of senior account management experience at major, top flight agencies.
A proven strategic leader with deep experience leading major integrated marketing campaigns for leading brands. A track record of successfully implementing social media and digital campaigns is a definite plus.
Fluent in Mandarin and English.
