Manager, Club 33 Sales

LOCATIONS:

Shanghai Disney Resort, the first Disney resort in Mainland China, is a place where friends and families can escape together to a whole new world of fantasy, imagination, creativity and adventure. The resort is home to the Shanghai Disneyland theme park, featuring six lands, as well as two themed hotels Shanghai Disneyland Hotel and Toy Story Hotel, Disneytown, a large shopping, dining and entertainment district, a Broadway-style theatre, Wishing Star Park and other outdoor recreation areas. Shanghai Disneyland is a Magic Kingdom-style theme park featuring classic Disney storytelling and characters but with authentic cultural touches and themes tailored specifically for the people of China. As we continue to develop this magical destination, we’re looking for a variety of world-class professionals including front line Cast Members and an innovative development team to help our plans take shape
Responsibilities

  • To assist Business Solutions & Events Director develop business plan and strategies, and execute the Club 33 program for SHDR and achieve desired business results and sales targets
  • To identify key targets, markets and business opportunities based on relevant market research findings and to develop strategies and business plans for Club 33 program
  • To be open and flexible to work closely with Club 33 ops team to execute the work plan and to drive sales
  • To design individual and corporate program offerings that are relevant to the market and based on Disney core values. Collect knowledge from consumer insights and market research
  • To work with members of the Club 33 sales team and other SHDR teams to align with the overall business goals with proven efficiency and productivity
  • To build and provide leadership to Club 33 sales team to deliver the unique Disney experience to our individual and corporation members
  • To assist Business Solutions & Events Director in the relevant daily operations
  • To handle highly sensitive and top-level VIP guests

Basic Qualifications

  • At least 10 years relevant working experience
  • University degree and above
  • Excellent written and spoken English is mandatory
  • Computer literacy (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Opera & Delphi preferable)
  • Strong leadership skills with proven track record in managing a sizeable team
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with internal teams and external clients
  • A quick and strategic thinker and is result driven
  • Proven ability to translate strategies to action in a tight time
  • Self-motivated to complete assignments and achieve sales goals
  • Culturally sensitive
  • Detailed oriented
