Host/ Hostess, Resort Call Center

Resort Call Center Cast Member is responsible for constant communication with guests/cast members, answering phones and assisting guests’ pre-arrival and in-house with questions and inquiries regarding hotels and theme park attractions, amenities and services. Responsibilities

• As a hotline for the theme park and hotel, is responsible for the communication between Shang Disney Resort Operations Team and Disney Reservation Center
• Handle guest room cleaning, maintenance and other needs like L&F
• Related services for daily operations including morning call, guest complaints& comments, restaurant booking, baby sitter and emergency
• Search and update guest history in Opera system

Basic Qualifications

• Basic English Listening/ Speaking/ Reading/ Writing and good computer capability (need to use full English Opera system)
• Can work in a very fast paced environment and under heavy pressure
• Can answer large amount of resort internal/ external calls continuously and communicate with other departments for dealing with guest requests
• Can solve guest situations and conflicts
• Working Schedule: Shanghai Disney Resort Cast Members might be scheduled to work shifts on nights, weekends and holidays. (can work three shifts)

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous Call Center experience in four or five-star hotels is preferred
