Associate IT Controls Analyst

LOCATIONS:

Shanghai Disney Resort, the first Disney resort in Mainland China, will be a place where friends and family can escape together to a whole new world of fantasy, imagination, creativity and adventure. The resort will include a park designed in the rich tradition of Disneyland theme parks around the world with the uniqueness and beauty of China, two themed hotels, a large retail, dining and entertainment venue and an array of recreation facilities. The resort will be located in Pudong, Shanghai. As we create this magical destination, we’re looking for a variety of world-class professionals including front line Cast Members and an innovative development team to help our plans take shape. Responsibilities

  • Support team administrative tasks like contract filing and stationery management.
  • Support end to end purchasing process and PMO asset management.
  • Perform coordination or research work for PMO activities.
  • Assist leadership or team members with preparation of project related tracking documents utilizing Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
  • Support the development of weekly and monthly PMO reports and executive level communications as needed.
  • Perform project-related analytical work as needed.

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with one year working experience would be a plus.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Possess critical thinking with analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple priorities without jeopardizing quality.
  • Ability to work well in a team environment, to collaborate and interface with team members internal and external to the organization.
  • Proficient in spoken and written Chinese and English.
  • Proactive, self-motivated, and culturally sensitive.
  • Flexible and embraces diversity of job tasks/varieties.
  • Natural curiosity and desired to learn.
