Valet Host - Full Time, HK Disneyland

5-day week at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort:
When operational and business needs allow, our full time Cast Members / employees will be scheduled two days off per week
For many of our Guests, staying at one of the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort hotels is a dream come true. Valet Host is responsible to provide a friendly and efficient valet parking services for patrons and hotel guests; and provide luggage transportation service to and from guest rooms.

Venue: D2 Place ONE, 9 Cheung Yee Street, Lai Chi Kok
Time: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm

ResponsibilitiesEnsure that all vehicle movements at Porte Cochere are accurately recorded and safety is maintained while the vehicles are in the hotel's custodyTransport Guest luggage to different locations such as Guest Rooms / Vehicles / StorageCare and storage of guest propertyDirects traffic in the hotel driveway and keeps main entrance neat at all timesHails taxis and answers guests’ inquiriesHandles guests’ requests with care and dedicationPerform other reasonable duties as required Greets warmly and offers assistance to Guests at all time Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years driving experience
• Possession of Driving license (category 1 and 2)
• Ability to speak Cantonese, English, and Putonghua
• Willingness to work at outdoor locations
• Have a sound service mindset and pleasant personality with good interpersonal skill
  

#LI-DNI Additional InformationSCHEDULE AVAILABILITY Our Theme Park and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year. Candidates will need to work shifts according to a roster that is determined by the Company, including shifts on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
