Technician (Building and Architectural) - Full Time, HK Disneyland

Responsibilities

• Liaise with various parties and end-users to arrange maintenance and repair works
• Supervise, coordinate and administrate the work performed by contractors
• Monitor, maintain and trouble shoot problems related to building facilities to ensure proper and safety operations
• Conduct condition survey and investigation to diagnose the problems of building element, water leakage, fabric, theme painting and furniture
• Regular inspection and hands-on carrying out wide ranges of building and architectural maintenance works, such as painting, plaster work, joinery, welding and other relevant trades
• Ensure all preventive and corrective maintenance work to achieve high quality and safety standards
• Compile maintenance record and report
• Monitoring and control of maintenance inventory / spare material

Basic Qualifications

• Higher Certificate in Building or architectural related disciplines
• At least 2 years relevant experience such as painting, water leakage, building materials characteristics & application, furniture and fabric maintenance
• Shift duties cover day or overnight and public holidays are required
• Communication with simple English including spoken and written
• Working at height is required
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Technician
