Responsibilities

• Manage the audio-visual technical team and coordinate the logistics for special and seasonal events in Disneyland park and hotels
• Prepare job scopes, equipment pull sheets and technical staff schedules
• Liaise with production, marketing, convention, banqueting and hotel teams to establish the scope of all planned events and provide a detailed quote
• Provide guidance to internal parties and service providers to ensure a high service standard within the project schedule
• Ensure full compliance with our property wide safety requirements
• Prepare budget control report and technical report for each event

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor degree or equivalent preferred
• At least 5 years of experience in Park / Events / Production / Technical AV management
• Strong live event technical skills with audio, lighting rigging and video equipment
• Holder of registered electrical worker certificate and First Aid qualification is an advantage
• Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Excel and AutoCad
• Must be able to make decisions on daily business operations and communicate efficiently with different parties
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Fluent in both English and Chinese
