Responsibilities

• Responsible for assisting the technical team of Entertainment Department for both internal and external coordination’s on the projects / events
• Coordinate and prepare technical schedules for the events and projects, and to ensure all key personnel involved understand their requirements.
• Coordinate the Acceptance Tests procedure, documents archive of projects and events being involved for future reference
• Ensure to smooth installation and interact effectively with creative & production teams and vendors during the production period.
• Ensure comply company requirements for Safety & Health, Security and Business Conduct

Basic Qualifications

• Diploma in Project Management or related discipline preferred, with at least 1 year of relevant working experience
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Good interpersonal skill with the ability to communicate with all levels people
• Fluent in both English and Cantonese
