Specialist, HR Shared Services

LOCATIONS:

The Specialist, HR Shared Services provides full spectrum of HR functions (Compensation and Benefits, HR Business Partners, HR Information Solutions, Learning and Development, and Talent Acquisition) to provide effective day-to-day transactional administration, and optimize utilization of manpower and resources to cope with fluctuations in and various workload demands.

Responsibilities

  • Take full responsibility for receiving, managing and tracking requests from all HR functions (Compensation and Benefits, HR Business Partners, HR Information Solutions, Learning and Development, and Talent Acquisition) to deliver high quality service and ensure smooth operation flow of daily HR transactions
  • Manage and execute effective workforce administration to cover employee onboarding, lifecycle events and exit administration to achieve agreed service level agreements
  • Drive and support continuous process improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities and developing solutions with partners from other HR functional teams
  • Handle transactional HR administrative work and generate periodic reports to reflect the employee status for continuous improvement

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree holder in Human Resources Management or related discipline
  • At least 5 years of experience in HR
  • High integrity and respect of confidentiality
  • Detail oriented and control conscious
  • Strong in process and project management skills
  • Good interpersonal, communication and coordination skills
  • Fluent in Cantonese, English and Putonghua
