Service Manager (Contract)


Position Summary
The Services Manager - Energy (SME) is responsible for building energy management works. He/She is also responsible for implementation of energy initiatives. This position requires knowledge in building mechanical installation, plumbing & drainage system, electrical installations, kitchen equipments, building management system as well as building energy audit. He/She will lead specialist to implement the energy initiatives and also coordinate with technical teams in field measurements, data analysis, E&M system re-commissioning and review during the building tune-up works. SME will prepare & report for energy initiatives work progress & updates periodically. Responsibilities

  • Plan & arrange energy audit, field measurement, data analysis & system review for all electrical & mechanical systems.
  • Planning & implementation of E&M system re-commissioning for building tune-up.
  • Coordinate with technical teams & system users to implement energy initiatives & building tune-up works.
  • Conduct review with reports after energy initiatives & building tune-up works.
  • Organize coordination & progress meetings to report work status & provide energy update.
  • Manage energy data analysis & routine report preparation.
  • Manage energy initiatives’ planning, feasibility study & implementation.
  • Manage energy management system
  • Support technical team to ensure statutory compliance of latest building energy code

Basic Qualifications

  • Degree or above in Building Services or other engineering related disciplines
  • At least 6 – 8 years relevant know-how in building energy audit or E&M system commissioning with management experience
  • Good knowledge in general engineering practices and practical experience in multi-engineering disciplines as well as in-depth knowledge in either one or more disciplines of electrical, mechanical and control & automation
  • Strong Leadership and management skills
  • Strong affinity in technical and maintenance know-how
  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Required to work on shifts including overnight shift when necessary
