Responsibilities

• Manage hotel group block business by handling quotation, enquiries, reservation, reporting, payment, etc., and collaborate closely with different internal partners on the above issues
• Coordinate with Hotel Operation team on any special arrangement to ensure delivery of quality services to our Clients/ Guests
• Provide other fulfillment and client support to different sales channels and business, such as ticket and meal coupon order fulfillment
• Support different on-site sales events and host familiarization tours (both hotels and park) by our trade partners
• Assist supervisors to oversee daily operation by providing guidance and support to junior team members in carrying out their job duties
• Assist supervisors in carrying out ad-hoc tasks / minor projects

Basic Qualifications

• Diploma holder or above in relevant discipline
• At least 3 years of relevant working experience. Experience in hotel reservation teams or front offices is an advantage.
• Solid knowledge in Opera, especially in group block management
• Solid knowledge of travel industry products
• Solid customer service skills and mindset
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong interpersonal skills in interacting with both internal and external partners
• Good command in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
