Responsibilities

• Handle sales enquiries from a dedicated group of sales clients
• Responsible for contracted hotel rooms and park ticket reservations
• Reply to guest queries using good guest service skills

Basic Qualifications

• Diploma holder or Degree holder preferred
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese
• Working knowledge in MS Office
• Experience in customer service sector, preferably in hotel industry
