Revenue Management & Pricing Manager


Lead the product development and pricing management for Park and Resort products. Responsibilities

  • Develop pricing strategies and pricing structures for Park and Resort products
  • Manage product development from idea generation, research, pro forma modelling, implementation and post evaluation
  • Articulate the strategic needs for new products and offers via analytical approaches
  • Manage ticket inventory to maximize admission revenue per capita and profitability
  • Collaborate with partners such as Sales, Marketing and Consumer Insight to formulate promotions and develop products and to ensure successful implementation
  • Build evaluation models and measurement methodologies to maximize revenue, as well as the financial impact in attendance and financial forecast
  • Lead the revenue management pricing and product development team

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree holder in Finance, Business, Statistics or any related disciplines
  • At least 8 years’ experience in pricing, business analysis and/or product development, preferably in hospitality or tourism industry
  • Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
  • Strong self-motivation with good analytical, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
