Revenue Management & Pricing Manager
LOCATIONS:
Lead the product development and pricing management for Park and Resort products. Responsibilities
- Develop pricing strategies and pricing structures for Park and Resort products
- Manage product development from idea generation, research, pro forma modelling, implementation and post evaluation
- Articulate the strategic needs for new products and offers via analytical approaches
- Manage ticket inventory to maximize admission revenue per capita and profitability
- Collaborate with partners such as Sales, Marketing and Consumer Insight to formulate promotions and develop products and to ensure successful implementation
- Build evaluation models and measurement methodologies to maximize revenue, as well as the financial impact in attendance and financial forecast
- Lead the revenue management pricing and product development team
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor degree holder in Finance, Business, Statistics or any related disciplines
- At least 8 years’ experience in pricing, business analysis and/or product development, preferably in hospitality or tourism industry
- Demonstrated computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, especially Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint
- Strong self-motivation with good analytical, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills
- Fluent in written and spoken English and Chinese
