The role of Restaurant Manager is to manage the daily operations of restaurants in the resort by the best utilization of resources to meet or exceed guest and company expectation. The role also needs to engage with different stakeholders to deliver up-dated information, work through partnership to achieve individual initiatives for overall success. The Restaurant Manager also takes a role of trainer to continuously improve quality of service and build team with necessary skills for individual development. Responsibilities

  • Lead the team to consistently deliver quality service to Guests
  • Apply resources with due diligence according to the ever-changing demands of the business
  • Coach and develop the team to achieve the needed results for the best guest and cast experience
  • Harmonize the service and culinary teams to develop the best memorable visit and deliver consistently high Disney quality products and services to our Guests
  • Provide an open, supportive working environment which Cast Members of the Food and Beverage team work towards the business goals
  • Provide a fun but, smooth and enjoyable working environment
  • Set and enforce the mission statement on Disney’s magical experiences for our Guests to enjoy the Disney uniqueness
  • To manage an effective schedule by working actively with workforce management team to maximize productivity
  • Execution of training related matters with Learning & Development team

Basic Qualifications

  • Tertiary education in Hospitality or Catering Management
  • At least 5 years of F&B experience with 3 years in management role preferred
  • Energetic team player who is customer-oriented
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Putonghua
