Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to the Publicity team
• Support the organization, logistics of events and activities initiated by Publicity team and other department projects and task forces as and when required
• Develop itinerary for media and blogger familiarization tours
• Handle media enquiries and manage media database

Basic Qualifications

• Diploma holder or above in relevant discipline
• Relevant working experience in Marketing, Public Relations or related disciplines
• Proficiency of Microsoft Office and Outlook
• Ability to manage multi tasks simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills
