Responsibilities

• Assist the Production Manager in preparing and coordinating the logistical, technical, financial, talent and scheduling aspects of shows and events
• Provide administrative support in preparing meeting notes, presentation and project communication materials
• Assist in compiling production manuals
• Coordinate with internal and external partners to assist all Entertainment projects

Basic Qualifications

• Diploma in Performing Arts, Technical Theater or related discipline preferred, with at least 3 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in theater and event management an advantage
• Knowledge of show production, lighting, audio, SFX, scenic and stage set-up systems
• Strong computer and organizational skills
• Excellent interpersonal skill with the ability to communicate with all levels people
• Fluent in both English and Cantonese
