Human Resources Clerk - Part Time

Hong Kong Disneyland Resort delivers world-class service and lifetime memories for our Guests. Our Human Resources (HR) plays a vital role in ensuring the resort is able to attract, retain, develop, and engage Cast Members (the Disney term of “Employees”) to bring the magic of Disney to life.
Our part time HR opportunities are dedicated to those wanted to utilized own time wisely and particularly dedicated to undergraduate students who are looking for future career development in HR. Through real life work experience in the HR team of a sizeable and fast growing organization with diversified business functions and strong international background, the job holder will be able to build up a solid foundation for his / her future career in HR.
Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent Guest service to job applicants and Cast Members of Hong Kong Disneyland Resort
  • Support and participate in HR and Training related activities such as training materials logistics, cast welfare, job fair, campus recruitment talk and recruitment day
  • Coordinate job interviews and on-boarding arrangements
  • Support the day to day operations of HR related systems such as job application tracking system (Kenexa)
  • Assist with the preparation of regular and ad-hoc HR reports and metrics
  • Provide administrative support to the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort HR Shared Services Team

Basic Qualifications

  • Undergraduates in Economics, Information Systems, Human Resources, Hotel / Tourism Management, or any other business related disciplines
  • Graduating in / after 2018 (Availability Requirement: A minimum of 2 full days per week between Monday and Friday); Recent Graduates are also welcome (Availability Requirement: At least 4 full days per week between Monday and Friday)
  • A good team player willing to begin your career in Human Resources
  • Proven ability and desire to uphold the Disney heritage and tradition with respect to Cast Member and job applicant interactions
  • Ability to handle diverse administrative responsibilities in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, and willingness to learn new software programs
  • Possess an excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including both Cantonese and Putonghua
  • Previous work experience at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort (e.g. Seasonal / Part Time Host) or any other Disney theme parks will be considered as an added advantage
  • Possess an excellent command of written and spoken Chinese and English, with Level 4 or above in HKDSE English Language, Chinese Language and Mathematics (Compulsory), or an equivalent standard
