Hotel Restaurant Server (F&B Host) – Full Time, HK Disneyland

LOCATIONS:

5 day work week
5-day week at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort:
When operational and business needs allow, our full time Cast Members / employees will be scheduled two days off per week.


Hong Kong Disneyland Resort offers a variety of magical dining experience at our Quick & Table Service Restaurants across the theme park and resort hotels. From traditional Chinese cuisines to Character buffet dinning, our specialty restaurants provide the perfect setting for any occasion. Cast Members work in fast-paced environments to provide exceptional service to our Guests.

Date: January 25 (Thu) and January 26 (Fri)
Venue: D2 Place ONE, 9 Cheung Yee Street, Lai Chi Kok
Time: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm

ResponsibilitiesCast Members of the Table Service Food & Beverage team will be showcasing the high show quality of our resort in a helpful and friendly attitude to our Guests by greeting them, explaining menu options and suggesting specials and restaurant promotions. To ensure our Guests are having a magical experience, you are also responsible for recording menu orders from Guests and inputting orders into point of sale computer system, retrieving food and beverage items from kitchen and serve to Guests, as well as practicing proper sanitation procedures and maintaining cleanliness of the side stations.
Basic Qualifications

  • Ability to speak fluent Cantonese, English and Putonghua
  • Willingness to work at different locations in the resort area, including outdoor locations
  • Full-Time availability is required. This role is Full-Time and requires full availability for any shift

Preferred QualificationsThe following work experience are preferred, but not necessary:

  • Previous work experience in catering industry
  • Previous work experience in POS cash register operations or cash handling
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for higher level position (Host 1/ Lead)

#LI-DNI Additional InformationSCHEDULE AVAILABILITY Our Theme Park and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year. Candidates will need to work shifts according to a roster that is determined by the Company, including shifts on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
