Responsibilities

• Communicate and coordinate with technical teams and operational partners, to support the daily attractions and facilities maintenance operations with high efficiency.
• Lead the maintenance teams to implement established protocol to cope with all unplanned/severe situation, such as inclement weather, attractions evacuation, facilities suspension, etc.
• Handle attractions downtime, emergency calls, urgent repair and ad-hoc work.
• Provide timely report and update for non-common incident or findings.
• Compile and maintain a high integrity and accuracy of maintenance records and reports.
• Conduct site inspection to ensure all maintenance related site activities’ compliance of relevant regulations and requirements, e.g. safety, quality, work progress and manpower.
• Validate the readiness of all Ride and Show equipment and ensure they are ready for turnover for operation.
• Ensure to comply with safety ordinance and procedure for daily operation

Basic Qualifications

• Diploma or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Building Services or equivalent
• At least 4 years relevant know-how in maintenance/engineering environment, preferably with supervisory experience.
• Able to handle multi-tasks independently in a fast paced and challenging environment.
• Independent, self-motivated and able to work with people at all levels.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
