Digital Business Manager (Product Development and Implementation)

The Digital Business Manager (Product Development and Implementation) is accountable for all digital product development who will act as a product owner and key communicator between partners and internal stakeholders. Digital products including but not limited to website, mobile app, booking system etc. Responsibilities

• Implement Digital strategy; Develop and maintain cross platform Digital initiatives for Hong Kong Disneyland (HKDL) to support overall business strategy
• Develop and maintain multiple digital platforms; Provide timely reports on HKDL.com traffic performance, revenue generation and campaign ROI; Conduct review sessions to best optimized the performance
• Review user behavior across all Digital platforms proactively, initiate A/B testing and propose UI/UX and content improvement
• Co-ordinate and consolidate the requirements from all LOBs; Provide suggestions to the management team on functionalities improvement to enhance overall Digital Guest Experience;
• Benchmark Digital performance with market data; Monitor and review SEO with practical suggestions on improvement constantly
• Keep tracking on direct revenue generations on hotels, tickets and bundled products. Prioritize products best fit for Guests to produce the best Digital experience

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor degree holder
• At least 5 years relevant experience in digital business and website development project, preferably gained from travel industry
• Experience in mobile development is an advantage
• Extensive knowledge of mobile platform, digital strategy and website development
• Strong in web analysis
• Excellent communication skills to interact with both internal and external partners
• Good interpersonal and project management skills
