Cook 1 - Full Time, HK Disneyland
5-day week at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort:
When operational and business needs allow, our full time Cast Members / employees will be scheduled two days off per week.
To accommodate the thousands of guests arriving every day from all over the world, the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort offers a variety of Food & Beverage options at various locations across property. Our Food & Beverage cast members make sure that no guest walks away hungry! ResponsibilitiesOur Cooks helps to store raw, dry, canned and cooked food; prepare raw food and ingredients for cooking; assists the Chef in the cooking process; and garnishes and dish the food items. Chef is also required to cook a specified range of soups, meat, poultry, vegetable, fish, mollusc and seafood dishes, including cold food and breakfast items, according to the requirements of the menu, recipe and guests.
- Minimum 1 year of culinary experience
- Ability to speak Cantonese and English
- Should know and follow the basic hygiene & sanitations regulation.
- Good command of spoken English is preferred
- Candidates with more experience will be considered for higher positions
#LI-DNI Additional InformationSCHEDULE AVAILABILITY Our Theme Park and Resort Hotels operate 365 days a year. Candidates will need to work shifts according to a roster that is determined by the Company, including shifts on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.
