• Develop daily work schedules for frontline Cast Members and ensure they are assigned accurately and appropriately based on manpower demand
• Process work schedule change requests, administer leave requests and assign statutory holidays
• Amend rosters based on business demands and inform Cast Members accordingly
• Provide labor reports and scheduling related information to LOBs and partners on a regular basis
• Work closely with clients to identify and support scheduling best practices ensuring consistent application of company policy and procedure

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree/Higher Diploma in Human Resources Management, Finance, Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience, experience in labor scheduling preferred
• Self-directed, self-starter, detail oriented and team player
• With KRONOS knowledge preferable
• Proficient in MS office applications
• Fluent in both English and Cantonese
