Bell Services Host - Full Time, HK Disneyland

5-day week at Hong Kong Disneyland Resort:
When operational and business needs allow, our full time Cast Members / employees will be scheduled two days off per week.
For many of our Guests, staying at one of the Hong Kong Disneyland Resort hotels is a dream come true. Bell Services Cast Members is responsible to greet our Guests at the resort hotels, assist arriving and departing guests with their vehicles, and provide luggage transportation service to and from guest rooms.

Venue: D2 Place ONE, 9 Cheung Yee Street, Lai Chi Kok
Time: 11:00 am to 8:00 pm

ResponsibilitiesTransport Guest luggage to different locations such as Guest Rooms / Vehicles / Storage.Care and storage of guest property Direct traffic at the hotel driveways Need to work at outdoor environment Proactively address guest needs by answering questions, giving directions and other information regarding the hotel / resort or surrounding areasAs a Hong Kong Disneyland Resort Cast Member, you will be expected to exhibit a positive, friendly and helpful attitude to our Guests and maintain the show quality of our resort.
Basic QualificationsNo previous experience required and comprehensive trainings will be providedAbility to speak fluent Cantonese and conversational EnglishWillingness to work at different locations in the resort area, including outdoor locationsFull-Time availability is required. This role is Full-Time and requires full availability for any shift.
Preferred Qualifications

• Ability to speak conversational Putonghua will be an advantage
