Associate Manager, Sales System Implementation (10-month contract)

Responsibilities

  • Represent the Sales organization to lead the effort in ticketing system replacement, including;
    • Ensure system prototype developed by vendor is consistent with Sales team’s requirements;
    • Contribute in driving key project milestones such as system UAT, data migration, user training, etc.;
    • Facilitate the connectivity change or migration with our key distributors;
    • Develop user manual and training materials for key Sales team use cases;
    • Overall change management, progress monitoring and reporting, etc.
  • Review, recommend and drive the implementation of business process changes for higher effectiveness or efficiency, enabled by enhanced systems/tools in place for the sales organization.
  • Design and deliver training materials on sales-specific systems and tools, for new joiners of the sales organization

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree holder in Arts, Science or Business Administration
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience in system administrative support, change management for new system launch, etc.
  • Knowledge on key business process within typical sales organizations, plus strong business acumen
  • Good sense in IT system design and logic
  • Knowledge in key theme park operational systems, especially ticketing system, would be an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal skills to interact with both internal and external partners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese (including spoken Mandarin)
