  • Perform workforce analysis and provide recommendations to senior management on frontline labor strategy that balances Guest, staff and financial needs
  • Prepare frontline operations headcount, labor hours and labor cost budget and analysis for financial planning, periodic financial closing and forecast
  • Deliver accurate and timely workload data for staff roster production
  • Maintain and enhance the labor planning model and processes to facilitate decisions on short and long term labor requirement for frontline operations
  • Partner with frontline operations teams to develop creative solutions for meeting operating labor requirements
  • Work with HR to facilitate timely hiring needs
  • Prepare periodic and ad hoc labor reports and analysis
  • Monitor operating labor spending against budget and forecast

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree on a subject with strong analytical / quantitative emphasis. Majors in Business Management, Business Administration, Operations Management and Industrial Engineering are preferred
  • Expertise on workforce planning, scheduling and finance is required with 2 to 3 years of work experience in resources planning and analysis
  • Knowledgeable in the Employment Ordinance and the discipline of human resources
  • Excellent quantitative and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, in particular Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of SAP or related financial systems is preferred
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse groups of people
  • Fluent in both English and Chinese
  • Candidates from relevant education background but with lesser experience would be considered for the position of Associate Analyst, Workforce Planning
