Services Associate, Disney Vacation Club (Part-Time)

As an integral part of the sales “value chain”, Service Associates play an important role in the day to day operations of the sales process.
As the first point of contact, Disney Vacation Club (DVC) Service Associates provide exceptional guest service to members and prospective members of Disney Vacation Club.
Responsibilities

• Responsible for safely transporting guests to and from the Disney Vacation Club Preview Centers from all resorts on WDW property as well as surrounding area resorts, including occaisionally transporting guests and luggage to the airport.
• Perform a pre-sale presentation warm up during transports that may include storytelling, general property information, personal recommendations or Disney trivia.
• Learn a basic level of knowledge regarding Disney Vacation Club membership.
• Responsible for van maintenance including but not limited to keeping vehicle “Show Ready”, washing and fueling.
• Transporting Guests with special needs including wheelchairs and ECVs.
• Package pick-ups and deliveries

Basic Qualifications

• Possess a valid State of Florida driver’s license and clean driving record
• Demonstrated extensive knowledge of Walt Disney World Resort and property
• Ability to drive a 15 passenger van
• Demonstrated strong Guest Service Skills
• Ability to be flexible with work schedule, including weekends, holidays and overtime
• Ability to lift 25 pounds

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven familiarity with Disney Vacation Club product
• Ability to reduce relationship tension prior to sales process through being proficient at storytelling and high level of Cast to Guest engagement.
• Prior driving role experience

Required Education

• High School Degree or equivalent
