Walt Disney World Co. currently has full-time openings for experienced Kitchen Technicians. ResponsibilitiesPerform scheduled/preventive maintenance, overhauls, and troubleshooting all types of commercial kitchen equipment. Basic QualificationsJourneyman Kitchen Mechanic experience

• Extensive knowledge of electrical controls
• Extensive knowledge of CO2 drink systems
• Extensive knowledge of all types of commercial kitchen equipment both electrical and gas fired
• Must be able to read electrical, mechanical, and plumbing prints and drawings
• Working knowledge and experience in all areas of the plumbing trade
• Universal CFC recovery Certification
