Digital Engagement Specialist

The Digital Engagement Specialist role is designed to increase engagement with the credit union's members through every available digital touch point and create multi-media assets to support this engagement. Additionally, this role will assist with the development of internal digital content in support of the credit union’s strategic direction. This role must be a self-starter who is curious and fascinated in extending our multi-media capabilities, have a strong design aesthetic, and be technically accomplished in digital asset creation.
Basic Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant work experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Team-oriented, motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast paced dynamic environment
• Strong Project Management skills
• Ability to develop and build effective strategies for digital engagement
• Ability to multi-task and thrive in a busy environment
• Effectively communicate and draw ideas from other members of staff and internal stakeholders and convert them into meaningful strategies and actionable plans
• Ability to grasp and analyze complex situations and quickly create well-reasoned solutions to get the job done
• Proven ability to create compelling digital content
• Highly energetic, creative and flexible and effective at reaching the desired end goal
• Team-oriented, motivated self-starter who thrives in a fast paced dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Premier

Required Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent

Preferred Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Film Studies, Graphic Design or equivalent
