  • Evaluating and assessing the performance of various aspects of the business. This includes analyzing business results and variances, processes, identifying trends and gaps, and making proactive recommendations.
  • Tracking and reporting key performance metrics. This also includes creating presentations, managing databases of information, and assisting with the creation and development of new metrics and reports based on ever-changing business needs and/or new technology.
  • Working with internal partners to implement streamlined processes that improve workflows, optimize performance, and maintain high levels of data accuracy and integrity.
  • Assisting with various projects and initiatives by conducting research, analysis, reporting, and performing other project management related services.

Basic QualificationsWhat you bring.....

  • Strong analytical skills with a proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Data management, auditing, and reporting skills
  • Business acumen and attention to details
  • Creativity and innovation with a focus on problem solving and process improvements
  • High level of initiative
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  • Ability to perform well both independently and in a collaborative environment
  • Prior finance experience or college-level coursework
  • Expertise with research and compiling and analyzing data in usable formats
  • Communication and Presentation skills
  • Technical Writing skills
  • Project Management
  • Organizational skills

Required Education

  • Junior, senior or recent graduate pursuing a degree concentrated in Business, Finance, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Accounting, Economics or closely related field

Preferred Education

  • Pursuing a Master’s degree concentrated in Business, Finance, Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, Accounting, Economics or closely related field

    Internship Eligibility:
  • Must be enrolled in a college/university taking at least one class in the semester/quarter (spring/fall) prior to participation in the internship program OR have graduated from college within the past six months OR be currently participating in a Disney College Program or Disney Professional Internship
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Not have already completed two consecutive (spring/fall) College or Professional Internship Programs
  • Must possess unrestricted work authorization
  • Must provide full work availability
  • Must provide own transportation to/from work
  • Current Active Disney cast members must meet Professional Internship transfer guidelines (for Walt Disney World cast members this is no more than four points and one reprimand in the last six months; for Disneyland cast members this is six months of consecutive service and a performance record clear of any disciplinary issues (warnings, suspensions, etc.) for at least six months)

Program Length: The approximate dates of this internship are June 2018 through January 2019. Interns must be fully available for the duration of the internship.
Housing: This internship is based in Orlando, FL. A limited amount of company-sponsored housing is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.
