Member Service Representative (FT)

This position is a “front line” representative of Partners Federal Credit Union whose main responsibility is to interact and develop long-term profitable relationships with our Members by determining their financial needs and presenting and offering the best financial solution. The Member Service Representative works with the sales and support teams for the achievement of Member satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals that align with the company’s vision and values. In addition, the Member Service Representative is responsible for interacting with Members face-to-face and by telephone providing friendly, efficient, quality service and accurate information. The Member Service Representative follows all Credit Union policies and procedures. This position may require traveling between the branches. Basic Qualifications

• Two years previous experience as a Member Service Representative or a Customer Service Representative in a financial institution
• Minimum one year experience in sales (e.g., financial products and services, insurance, etc.)
• Previous experience in consumer lending, including lending activities or loan interviewing, in a credit union or other financial institution setting
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends
• Availability to travel for work assignments at any of the local branches

Preferred Qualifications

• Bilingual Spanish

• High school degree or equivalent

Preferred Education

• Associates degree (AA) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
