Sales Coordinator
LOCATIONS:
The Sales Coordinator will be responsible for supporting key account sales representatives for the custom, e-Commerce and library account businesses. The coordinator will collaborate with editorial, design and other internal teams to gather sales materials needed for sales calls. The coordinator will also provide general department support for sales meetings and provide customer service when account executives are unavailable Responsibilities
- Create mock-ups and gather sales materials for mailings
- Work on presentations in PowerPoint and KeyNote
- Serve as a customer contact when sales representatives are out of the office
- Track POs or check inventory levels for reps as needed
- Support custom and proprietary businesses, attending regular meetings and tracking projects
- Upload images and product shots to customer servers
- Support sales department with meeting planning and other administrative tasks as needed
- Populate item set-up grids
Basic Qualifications
- 2-3 years in a support role
- Knowledge of and interest in publishing product
- Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel…)
- Team player, collaboration skills
- Organized, detail-oriented
