End User Analyst

LOCATIONS:

Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals. Documents, maintains, upgrades or replaces hardware and software systems. Supports and maintains user account information including rights, security and systems groups. Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to perform the functions of the job. ResponsibilitiesThe End User Analyst provides support for hardware and software deployed to employees of Disney Consumer Products and Interactive Media. The End User Analyst is expected to provide support for traditional platforms such as Microsoft Windows and Apple OS X in addition to emerging mobile platforms and web applications. The End User Analyst will interface with employees at all levels of the company and must be comfortable supporting executives as needed. The End User Analyst must have a customer service focus and be comfortable working in a high pressure, fast paced environment. The analyst is expected to remain current on industry trends and participate in internal training sessions in addition to performing independent research as needed. The EUA will also be expected to provide detailed and accurate documentation on a regular basis and assist in the training of new technicians.
Basic Qualifications

  • 3+ years’ experience in an enterprise technical support team.
  • Proven technical expertise in end-user computing.
  • Experience supporting Microsoft operating systems
  • Experience with common enterprise applications including the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Experience supporting Apple hardware and software
  • Excellent technical troubleshooting abilities
